Application Process
Whether graduate, intern or otherwise, you’ll follow the same application process – no matter what programme or business area you’re applying for.
Step 1
Decide which programme and business area you want to apply to (you can only choose one, for example, ‘analytics graduate programme’) then complete and submit the online application form, which you can find on our Apply page.
Step 2
Provided you meet our minimum entry criteria and pass the application and CV review, you’ll be invited to complete an online numerical test. Candidates who pass this test will then need to complete an online problem-solving test to progress to the next stage.
Step 3
If you pass both of the online tests you will be invited to take part in a short telephone interview.
Step 4
If you’re successful at the telephone interview stage, we ask you to be patient whilst we wait for the application deadline for your programme to pass. We’ll then decide who to invite to one of our many assessment centres. Then, if you pass the assessment centre, you’ll receive an offer and be welcomed aboard the Direct Line Group.
