If you’re on one of our internship, graduate or industrial placement programmes, you’ll receive a very competitive financial services salary and benefits package. Naturally, specific details will vary dependant upon the scheme you choose, and will be confirmed after you’ve received an offer from us.
All employees, including interns, also receive 21% of their base salary as additional pay (called a Value Account), which can be taken as cash or used in part, or in full, to purchase benefits that include:

- Option to buy or sell annual leave

- 25 days paid holiday (three days for interns)
