Graduates, interns, senior managers – each and every person in our business has their own unique part to play in our success. It’s why we only recruit the very brightest and best, and focus on doing all we can to develop the skills, confidence and careers of our graduates and interns.
Learn from day one
As a graduate, you’ll spend your first few weeks learning from the most senior people in our business about how the organisation operates and what will be expected of you during your time on the two-year scheme. To help you settle in and achieve your potential, you’ll also be assigned a buddy and line manager, as well as get the chance to take part in various activities and events. Investing in you is a key priority for us, so where appropriate, we’re also dedicated to sponsoring graduates to take a professional qualification such as CIMA, CII or actuarial exams and other relevant courses.
