Household & Life: key to achieving our aspirations for growth, we're leveraging increased management focus, our extensive branch network and a more receptive consumer market to realise strong development potential. Operations are based in Bromley, Glasgow, Leeds and Peterborough.
Motor: the backbone of RBS Insurance, our iconic brands, Churchhill, Direct Line and Privilege, are all major forces in the industry. We also offer rescue and breakdown from Green Flag, alongside TRACKER, the UK's leading stolen vehicle recovery system operator. Operations are based in Birmingham, Bristol, Bromley, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Peterborough, Teesside and Uxbridge.
Partnerships & Brokers: Building and maintaining relationships with our brokers, partners and Group customers, as well as selling insurance and rescue products through these channels, we prioritise the development of partnerships that enable the highest levels of customer satisfaction. While Partnerships manages relationships with key industry partners, on the Broker side of the business, NIG sells commercial and personal insurance via a network of insurance brokers. Our 5,000 people are based at 40 sites across the UK and Ireland.
Commercial: Selling insurance directly to small business across the UK, we deliver the best possible value insurance by cutting out the middle man, while our people ensure it's delivered via exceptional customer service.
