Household & Life: With such strong growth potential, Household & Life has a major part to play in our business future. To achieve these growth plans, we're developing our H&L Insurance products further through our extensive branch network and realising a more receptive consumer market to increase strong development potential. Operations are based in Bromley, Glasgow, Leeds and Peterborough.
Motor: The backbone of RBS Insurance, our iconic brands of Churchill, Direct Line and Privilege are all major forces in the industry and command impressive customer loyalty. We also offer rescue and breakdown from Green Flag alongside Tracker, the UK's leading stolen vehicle recovery system operator. Operations are based in Birmingham, Bristol, Bromley, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Peterborough, Teesside and Uxbridge.
Partnerships & International: By building and maintaining relationships with our partners and group customers within the UK and our operations in Italy, Germany and Spain, we successfully provide insurance through these channels to their customers. Success comes by prioritising the development of partnerships that enables us to deliver the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Commercial: Selling insurance directly to small businesses across the UK, with almost one million accounts, we deliver the best possible value insurance by cutting out the middle man, while our people ensure it's delivered via exceptional customer service. In our Broker business, NIG sells commercial and personal insurance via a network of insurance brokers. Our 5,000 people are based at 40 sites across the UK and Ireland.
Sales & Claims Operations: Supporting all these Categories is the Sales & Claims Operation. Customer Service experience is at the heart of this operation, gained by the sharing of best practice and recognising different skills and processes are required to achieve a World Class operating platform. Sales & Claims operates out of 48 sites employing over 14,500 people.
